Nine participating companies in Pančevo project presented identified CP options, during sixt and last workshop that was held on Monday, October 11 in the premises of Regional Chamber of Commerce, Pančevo.
Each of 9 participating companies identified in average 15 CP options, and about 50 %
of them are fully evaluated. Preliminary results are following:

Investment needed: 28 mil EUR (26 mil. Petrohemija only)
Payback time (average): 5 years (2 years without counting Petrohemija)
Energy savings: 2,000 MWh/y
Water savings: 600,000 m3/y
Natural gas reduction: 30,000,000 m3/y
Decrease of benzene emission (Petrohemija) 1,000 kg/y
CO2eq emission reduction: 65,000 t/y (62,000 t/y Petrohemija)
Trained 12 local CP experts

Now, company teams should complete the results, and prepare for public evaluation of the results. Award ceremony is scheduled for first half of December 2010.
