On May 7, in the premises of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Belgrade, 3rd workshop on cleaner production was held.
15 participants, trainees for CP consultants discussed the status of the project in 11 companies.
The problems and future steps were discussed.
In theoretical part of the workshop, chapters fom UNIDO toolkit:
Indicators and environmental controlling (prof. Dr. Mirjana Ristić, Faculty of Technology)
Waste Management (prof Dr Aleksandar Jovović, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering)
CP Audit (Dr Branko Dunjić, NCPC Serbia) were covered.
In addition, prof Dr Petar Djukić (Faculty of Technology) presented how to economically evaluate ecological projects.
At the end, some further questions and company visits were discussed. Six companies will be visited from May 11-13 by both, trainees and international UNIDO CP experts (Johannes Fresner, Austria and Mirko Lešnjak, Slovenia).
Next workshop is scheduled for May 25-26.
